I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the water park, allowing for easy access and unlimited fun. We had an enjoyable stay in a hotel that catered well to families. the location was convenient, with easy access to the water park and near-ish to the town center. Our room was clean and tidy, with great facilities such as a good air-conditioning system and comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone to choose from.
The reception queue could have been managed better during peak hours.

The water park was entertaining and the slides were enjoyable. The unlimited access to the park and the quick entrance were amazing. the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The pools were clean and great for relaxation.
The service was truly disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and did not make us feel welcome.

We had access to three water parks, including a water park and a nautico. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-furnished gym and nice pools on the property. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from a beautiful beach and a lively town with plenty of restaurants and shops. the room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and a nice view of the surroundings. the pool area was also a highlight, with several pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers available.
The service at the hotel was disappointing.
